Registered a long time ago but was always too busy just reading other peoples' posts and learning from the wisdom here and forgot to introduce myself.
I live in S.W. Michigan near the big lake and have been making my own pizzas for about 10 years. I have had some great successes and some 'not so great' ones but I always try to learn from my mistakes. I had gotten away from making my own pizzas for about a year and I am ready to get started again. Winter is always a great time to get the oven nice and hot although this particular winter has been exceptionally mild so far!
