Too much oil

Sorry folks if this has been posted before but I've made a batch of sauce for use later but aded a tad too much olive oil  :-[ (I should really start using measurements  ;D) and now the sauce tastes a bit oily, any solutions please??

Make a half size batch without any added oil, then blend the two together. You can freeze the extra sauce that you have for later use.

Excellent. Thanks for the tip and now I've enough sauce to have another pizza tonight, happy times.
