I live in the Denver, CO area and thus am baking challenged when it comes to yeast breads.  Have attempted pizza bianca like they make so wonderfully in Rome but so far no luck.  I did see where someone had some success in Santa Fe so it must be doable.  Any advice would be most welcome.  So glad I found this site!  Thanks.

You could try this no knead dough as a starting place.

It is pretty fool proof.  No need (pun intended) to adjust for altitude.  I'm in Denver too....
