I just made my first pie an it turned out really well. I had the Temp. up too high and it did cook a little fast. I also use a pan and would like to use a stone. I think this will produce a crisper crust.
I have a pic but when i went to post it the file was too large
I can't wait to do the next one.

John use your photo software to get it down to around 30 kb and it should work. resize it to say an 1 1/2" and that will really help.

Looks good, although a bit overdone for my taste. I have a high sensitivity to overdone food, especially when soemthign starts to turn dark brown/black. Still looks good though.
