Sorry folks if this has been posted before but I've made a batch of sauce for use later but aded a tad too much olive oil
(I should really start using measurements
) and now the sauce tastes a bit oily, any solutions please??

Make a half size batch without any added oil, then blend the two together. You can freeze the extra sauce that you have for later use.
