Alejandra and I made a run into Puerto Vallarta today, a quick stop at Office Depot, then went to the restaurant supply house my dear baker friend told me about to purchase baking screens, server platters and other items on my list. Sadly, no large muffin baking pans for baking slider buns but I think I can modify what I did buy. A short distance from there I picked up plain generic pizza boxes and found some SAF brand IDY so it came back with us also. Returned to Bucerias, we were both famished so we had lunch and then it was dough making lesson time. It went ok, she'll get it quickly. Made up enough dough for ten, ten inchers for her to practice opening and baking on Sunday. Photos soon. I do have to get a photo of all the paperwork I've be required to produce.
