I second Robyn's request. I don't know exactly why but I find this thread very intriguing. I guess it is just me living vicariously, enjoying the romance (and the challenges!) of opening a pizzeria in Mexico. I'm sure Don is up to his ears with the business right now, but hopefully at some point he will be able to post some photos and tell us more about how it's going down there.
