The breadsiticks are very soft and puffy yet golden in color, they have a almost hint of sweet flavor to them. The sauce is very dark red and smooth in texture (no chunks) and somewhat thick (medium, not runny) and has a rich, bold and bitter flavor. The crust is thin and crispy and salty, very airy. It is hard to describe all this but maybe it will get me closer to a recipe or two.
