Anyone have any Giovanni's Recipes?

I'm looking for the recipe for Giovanni's Pizza bread sticks and pizza dough and sauce.  I dont know if this is a nation wide chain but there are lots of Giovanni's in Minnesota.

Sorry Mike I can’t help you but if you can describe it we might be able at least get you started.

The breadsiticks are very soft and puffy yet golden in color, they have a almost hint of sweet flavor to them.  The sauce is very dark red and smooth in texture (no chunks) and somewhat thick (medium, not runny) and has a rich, bold and bitter flavor.  The crust is thin and crispy and salty, very airy.  It is hard to describe all this but maybe it will get me closer to a recipe or two.
