Looks good.

I thought about doing a 'deep dish' version with a biscut recipe I have.  Guess I need to try it.

That Jimmy Dean pizza looked pretty good!  We lived in Olympia, WA.  for a short time. Occassionally I enjoyed the breakfast pizza served in the Olympia mall.. ( can't remember it's name right now) It was made from a regular pizza crust but had all the Jimmy Dean toppings. The woman behind the counter told me that they baked the crust for a short time before adding the liquid ingredients. I have often thought about duplicating it but never have. Thanks for bring up a good memory.

It was alright, but I need to adjust the biscuit recipe a little.

No, I used a biscuit recipe I have.  I was trying for a 'deep dish' version. I feel that with my breakfast version that I might need something more 'rolled' then patted out.  Also I need to adjust the amount of eggs as they took a little to long to get done.  It didn't burn, but got close.
