i want to get in the whole pizza making thing so i can actually eat something on a saturday. Im not a chef and the only education i have in cooking is from school and from putting packets into the microwave. I dont know how spices affect the flavour and i have no automatic dough machine or a pizza stone (or screen).
I heard a lot of different combinations opf cheeses, spices and sauces, but i dont know what affects wat. So i would like you to give me a "recipes for the dummies" and any techniques that may help.
