Hey guys - I am obviously new to this forum. I discovered the site on Friday after searching for an answer to my dense dough issue. I am prepping tonight's pizza, and I plan on using a bread maker to work the dough, this is new to me as I usually use a hand mixer. Hopefully I can find some suggestions here on the forum to help.
I look forward to reading and contributing more, as I have found making pizza to be a great new hobby and would love to perfect the different styles and recipes, including the Jets pizza style, crisper bottom deep dish!
