I'm DClan from NJ.  Been living in Ireland for the last 8 yrs or so.  Each trip home finds me consuming copious amts of pizza to fill me up til my return.   My pizza tour this past homecoming was highlighted by Motorino and surprisingly Angelo's on 57th.

Anyway, pizza in Ireland is terrible so I drool and fantasize about being home whenever I'm on this site.  I've enjoyed the Difara threads and since the consensus was that there wasn't much to his dough on the regular pies I'm hoping my relative proximity to Italy might help me source decent ingredients if I ever try to start a pizza place here.

If there are any irish americans, italians in Ireland, or pizziolos around that want to help get a place going in the barren pizza regions Ireland let's have a chat.

Good Luck.

Do you make pizza there in Ireland?
Is it good?  and if so what do your friends think?
