Nice lookin cheese! I have rennet, but just haven't pulled the trigger on home made mozz yet. Did you use special milk, if so how special?
for the first try, no. Just whole milk.
I did make a pizza and the cheese doesn't melt!. Was bummed. I was hoping someone who makes this stuff would chime in.
Did i get it too dry? I tried to remove as much liquid as possible, i have had wetter cheese that drowned my pizza before.
I will shred it and it will not go to waste and try again sometime.
