I might actually partake this month.  :-*

Well maybe not as adventurous as I could be, but lots of garlic on this clam pie.   Butter, heavy cream, crush red pepper, clams & juice, slice garlic, grated parm, and a bit of basil.

So I'll throw in an entry. Not exactly pizza. It's a garlic breadstick. A twist on the older round table breadsticks that I use to love. When I made the dough I threw in some garlic powder and minced garlic. I then made the spread with butter, Johnny's Garlic Spread powder and minced garlic. Sprinkle a little of the Johnny's and cheese and cook. They are very garlicky, but I have never had anyone complain about it being to much galic. Yumm...

A Neopolitan Margherita with garlic confit (peeled cloves simmered in thyme infused olive oil until just soft, approximately one hour), oven roasted criminis (450F, olive oil, lemon juice, liquid smoke, salt, pepper until browned), topped post bake with more fresh mozz and Parmegiano Reggiano (grated), finished with sea salt and EVOO if needed for moisture. In the style of focaccia di recco:

1) top and bottom of thin sourdough crust
2) sauce was a puree of:
   - gigante white beans simmered in a rich pork stock
   - roasted garlic
   - gravy made from pork stock
3) bacon
4) shrimp, raw, sliced thin
5) green onion
6) Oaxacan cheese
