I was in Dominos watching them do their pizzas and I note that they use a black pizza pan that is flat and has raised dots throughout. What can you folks tell me about this item and where can they be purchased, if at all? I suppose they are used to allow the bottom of pizza to cook faster and more evenly. Do other pizzerias...Pizza Hut...and others use these?
