I was walking through Wal-mart the other day and my wife exclaimed and pointed at a can of Crisco 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil cooking spray. Surprised I bought some and tried it on my pizza dough (pre-topping) and it is quite good. It sure is nice to have a sprayable version of a wonderfully smelling good flavored EVOO.
Have you guys tried it yet? Thoughts?
I have also considered spraying the top of my finished pizza for a little extra olive flavor.
