Looking for a good pizza mozzarella in Toronto

I've been reading up on cheese brands available in the States, but can't find anything out there comparing the mozzarella brands in Canada/T.O. (I'm looking for a mozzarella for a NY slice-style pizza, not packed in water).

Any preferences out there?  I haven't found one that I am happy with yet...

Try grande cheese they have several outlets in The.O
