Buffalo Chicken Pizza on Round Table copycat dough

Dough:
My Round Table Clone

Sauce:
Hidden Valley Ranch Dips packet w/ Sour Cream + Franks Red Hot

Toppings:
Mozz & Cheddar Cheese 80% / 20%
Diced Chicken Breast sauted in Franks Red Hot, Marinating in Franks overnight after cooked
Diced Tomato
Crumbled Blue Cheese
Franks Red Hot Drizzle before Cooking

Diced Green Onions after Cooking

I had some dough issues. Missed on the water temp I think. Crust got a little over done but still tasted good.

Can you post your recipe for your sauce!? That looks great! Im hoping you didnt just 'eyeball' it!

Unfortunately it is kind of "eyeballed" it is the first time I had mixed the franks into the sauce. It was kind of based on taste. I buy the Hidden Valley Dips packet that you just mix with sour cream. After I made that I scooped some into a bowl and mixed some Franks Original in. It ended up being approximately 4 parts ranch to 1 part franks. I based it off of taste as I went. I like things hot so I could have went even farther with the franks but was unsure how much heat was going to come across. It can be pretty hot sometimes when I just use the sauced chicken. I'm just recently beginning to take more notes as I make my pizzas.
