Here is Bonci's new book March 2012 “Il gioco della pizza. Le magnifiche ricette del re della pizza” I wish I could read Itialian But a picture is worth a thousand words and this book is loaded with pictures last Nov my wife and friends got to taste these Pizzas at Bonci's amazing Pizzarium-inspired pizzas in Rome ....now to start translating
