Ours came Monday. Beautiful pictures, recipes and instructions straight forward easy to understand.. The book has a wide verity of recipes from breads to cinnamon rolls..Bought ours on Amazon $18.95 with free 2 day shipping thru Amazon Prime..

You aren't alone about needing more cook books. My wife has about 350 and adding all the time.We have purchased at least 20 pizza and bread books in past year. I think its a obsession with her...Pizza and bread..Mine too.

This book is awesome, great information in there. The one pizza recipe i tried out of it is garbage and he even says its ok to use a rolling pin
The book still has a lot of knowledge in it about why ingredients go in, how the gluten develops, how to properly mix and in what order, etc etc etc. Everything is in baker's percents which I am shocked most books aren't.
