Hi all,
I started making my own calzone and pizza two weeks ago and I'm really enjoying learning and things are going OK so far.
Today I tried to make a stuffed crust pizza and it came out pretty good, but for next time I know to use less topping in the middle and more cheese in the crust, but what I wanted to ask was how to make the bottom more firm/crisp? The bottom is always a little soft, whether I'm making calzone, stuffed crust or regular pizza.
