Larry,
I stretched the dough and put it in a pan, added a layer of cheese, a layer of sausage, more cheese, sauce and stuck it in the oven at 475 for about 25 min.  it was pretty good.  the exposed part of the edge was hard as a rock but the rest was good.  never tried a pan before, probably won't again!

baked a few pies last night to commemorate Gene's oven's homecoming! 
man, i love it when the weather cools off.  the pizzas are great, the dough is great and you get to enjoy standing around a hot oven in the cool night.

thanks Craig.  i never would have dreamed that brussels sprouts would work till you showed me.  it's probably my favorite now.
