Well now that I ate for over a solid month capped off by a deep dish pizza yesterday, I can honestly say I'm full, and 7 lbs heavier.

The thing about eating Turkey is that it makes you want pizza.

Let's see, I've had my fill of roasted turkey, deep fried turkey, turkey stew, and smoked turkey. I've had pulled pork barbecue sandwiches for the last two days. Made a NY style pizza the other night which was a nice change of pace.
Santa gave me a really nice food slicer for the holiday (
http://www.chefschoice.com/page2e_m667.html
) so I'm planning to slow roast a Sirloin tip roast in the oven and make "Arby's Style" roast beef sandwiches this weekend! Yum!!!

Yeah, Santa was good to me!
I'd use my new slicer on my smoked butts, but I like the meat pulled.

Well on the slicer I know what I'm asking for Valetines day. After all what could be more romantic then sliced meat?

And make perfect slices of mozzarella cheese for my pizzas!
