We should do a pmaking.com tour  there at the expo next year the place  would never be the same    may take us all 3 days to get thru the show but man that would be a hoot

The little window on the side actually shows off the flame for looks
the door Under neath is actually another cooking oven this pic shows the  gas level below that The guy was throwin in 20'S in the lower chamber
can run 2 different temps as well ! thats a nice Oven for sure!!

I actually cooked in that oven when i competed...Bruno was a nice guy to let me use it. I love Marsal Ovens they are beast.

It was an awesome show just didnt get any pictures was running around to much I did enjoy beer and bull tho lol
