I am George (aka BrookBoy) from Brooklyn. I've been pretty much an amateur cook for some years, and now that I've recently retired, I decided it was time to start making my own pizza here in Brooklyn. I'm looking forward to (a) learning the knack of good pizza-making, and (b) getting to know and use my new equipment. What a great idea for a forum.
