Yep very Popular Mobile option I looked at several truck on ebay and almost pulled the trigger. Problem here is its a bear to get around, insure, store, staff,.... not exactly pool side freindly but very cool !! shere another one doing that fire truck pizza  and I have seen more that one is very cool   http://veronaonwheels.com/

Verona also has a restaurant.  It's about 10 minutes from me but I haven't had pizza from there.

There's a catering company here in Minnesota using one too.
