The smoked ones look tasty too, I would probably like them better than the fried ones.  I have had them dry smoked and they were the schnitz.

They were both excellent. The smoked ones were better.
I love pigs. They convert vegetables into bacon.

The older boy has been with his grandparents for a few days, and it looks like the bass have been biting. In the first pic, he caught both bass on the same lute at the same time.  :o

These fish appear to have the art of turnabout down pat.

Caught some nice reds in the cold wind this weekend. Here was a nice 7-spotted guy.

I guess y'll have to count me in this! I had a marine dealership in Pensacola Fl. for 22yrs. sold it about 4yrs ago. Built a house on Soldier Creek about 6mi. from Orange Beach AL.Pass. Caught the saifish about a month ago. Like to snapper fish when they allow it. (don't get me started on that "Endangered species BS") I also like to fish for Trout, redfish, flounder and Sheephead.  Bob

Nobody fishes anymore?

A few pics from a trip to the Bighorn the week before last.  A Rainbow, a Brown, and some rip-rap that brought a smile to this civil engineers face.

Lots of fish and lots of surface action....
