Hi All,
I found a great review of Central Milling's type 00 flour here:
http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,13473.0.html, however, I'm very curious to know if anyone else has any experience with this flour. I live close to their mill so I can get it a good deal cheaper than Caputo, but I can only get it in the 50 lbs bag which is a big commitment.
Any thoughts?
