I want to autolyse my dough for 30mins

like J. Varsano says you should however my dough is blowing out in less than 24 hours.  I do a 15hr preferment with roughly 1/4 of the yeast before mixing the final dough.  I also autolyse for about 5 min but not any longer.  Should i just use less yeast overall to prevent blowouts?  I'd rate my crust about 8/10 right now but i want to see if i can push that to a 9.

Hi,

Can you post how you mix your dough, and the % of ingredients you are using?

I started my pizza making career with Jeff V site as well.

I autolyse my dough for 1-2 hours without any overblow.

Thanks

Here is a finer pie I made:

Jeff website and info led me to here as well. I dont autolyse the dough,I seen no real difference, since I am not using a starter anyway.
