I am living south of Hamburg in the northern part of Germany and I have been lurking the site for quite some time. I really learned a lot reading all the postings. Thank you all for the shared experiences and knowledge.
I found this forum after I had build a Pizza oven in my backyard together with my son. Reading the postings I think I could have done something better, but also that I made a lot just right.
The fun baking pizzas, bread and other stuff brought up the idea to build another oven, but this time on a trailer to make it movable and to earn some money with it. The oven on the trailer is ready and we had some great events baking pizzas last year. And this year the show and the fun will go on.
