what do you guys serve your pizzas on?

what do you guys pay for them also? 
I guess porcelain is more expensive in the long run breakage and all.

anyway just wondering what you are paying

13" plates. I did AL pans for years, but I really like the plates.

I got them here for a little less than $10/ea.

I'm very happy with it.  I mostly still use the aluminum plates for serving after cutting on a board, but when I'm taking photos, I use the nice white plate.  It's a good heavy-duty plate.

I tried one of the Fiesta 15" ones, but it had too high a lip for me so it went back.

anyone know any wholesale prices for similar plates?

You get what you pay for.  I don't believe in serving pizza or anything for that matter on marked up plates from cheap porcelain.  We paid $34/plate & they look as good as the day we got them.  I mentioned the cost to the staff and asked them to be careful with them.  Any good supplier will offer chip warranties on their plates.

in your restaurant you serve pizza on 34 dollar plates?  WOW.  do many get broken or chipped due to washing , handling?

They are extremely good quality and don't chip easily.  As I mentioned, the supplier warrants them under a chip warranty.  Do they break?  Sure the odd one gets dropped; that's life.  The staff are aware of how much they cost so they exercise caution.  They are just plain bone white, no logo as pictured below.

I serve mine on aluminum pizza trays.  Once I open my actual pizzeria I plan on serving them on handmade white pizza plates.

I rack them for a couple minutes, then cut them on the cutting board, then put them back on the cooling racks.  Self-serve, and then onto what ever type plates we are using.
