Within 20 years I'm guessing, you'll be able to do exactly that from an fridge that has a built in digital
display, a push of a button or 2 and bingo, it's all done.

You'll set up your fridge ( haha did I just say that :-)  ) input your credit card info - just once, and now you can order
from a pizza place, your local grocery store, Wal-mart etc.

Within 20 years I'm guessing

Within 20 years we will all have our universal "health record" implants.  When you pull up to the drive-thru, the RFID reader will access your records and a custom menu will appear with what you are allowed to eat.  Same procedure will be in effect at the grocery store also.
