Domino's Pizza Tops Off $1.7 Billion Recapitalization

Affiliates of Domino's Pizza Inc. completed recapitalization transaction issuing $1.575 billion 5.216% fixed rate notes and also entered into a revolving financing facility of up to $100 million. The notes were issued in a securitization transaction of substantially all of the company's revenue-generating assets.

You know, I'm pretty much a laissez faire, pro-corporate capitalist, but sometimes I'm stunned by the numbers that come out of big business these days.  $1.575B for 9,742 locations (the vast majority of which are franchises)?  If I mashed the numbers on my calculator correctly, that's about $161,000 per location.
