I also use KASL for most of my market NY style pizzas.  Your price is better than what I get at my distributor.

These little "farmers" markets are popping up everywhere. I just found 2 more in Chambersburg, pa, that looked very similar to my local one. Norma - I looked at the dutch valley site to see if they showed where their items were sold with no luck.

dmcavanagh - I do alot more than just pizza, but this flour is by far my favorite for bagels, pizza and Pain A l'Ancienne.

Dutch Valley does sell KASL http://www.dutchvalleyfoods.com/products/flour-and-grains/flours/142053/king-arthur-flour-sir-lancelot-hi-gluten-flour-50lb , but you need an account to purchase it from them as far as I know.  I never purchased anything from Dutch Valley but did talk to them.  I buy KASL from C.O. Nolt & Sons http://www.conolt.com/categories.asp?ID=1 but I also need an account with them to be able to purchase KASL.

Sorry for the delay. I had to have them special order it for me, but yes. (However, they do stock 50# bags of Occident, Pillsbury AP, Sir Ghalahand and another type of AP Flour.)

Dutch Valley would deliver to market, but I never set-up an account.  I don’t know what Dutch Valley’s delivery days are to my area though.  I don’t want to be just sitting at market waiting for a delivery on a non market day.  I can purchase a lot of Dutch Valley flours at my local Country Store if I want to try small amounts of flour, but the prices are higher than a 50 lb. bag.
