Anyone ever heard of this flour and can they be incorporated into pizza dough?

Taralli flour and Ceci flour.

As far as I know Taralli is a biscuit and there is no such thing as Taralli flour. Ceci is fried chickpeas. Chickpeas are another name for Garbanzos.

I took a pic of some taralli flour in my local caputos store out in the midwest.  Ill post pics later.  Could it possibly be premade taralli flour though?

I have never herd of Taralli flour. But chickpea flour is typically used to make Sicilian pannella. Here is a good description of the process: http://www.bestofsicily.com/mag/art245.htm I am not sure what result you would get if you blended them into a dough recipe but there is only one way to find out.

Yes, I would guess that it is a flour blend specifically for making Taralli, which are Neapolitan round biscuits.
