De Cecco "00" flour
«

I was able to get this flour from specialized italian shop, and it was about 6x pricer, than normal "00" flour.
Does anyone knows it? It is high quality flour, or there are much better flours?

Thanks.

2.95 Euro. In our country (slovakia), most normal flours costs about 0.50-0.60 Euro.

That is almost the exact same price (in USD) I saw for a 1Kg bag of Caputo 00 when I was out today here in Houston.
In any case, I have not seen that flour, but other DeCecco products I've used in the past have been good quality.
