Right now, we are working on a book. We were approached by a respected publishing company for food books. My wife, who is from Italy, is a writer, so this has been a perfect fit, something that we both thought would be a good fit for the restaurant.

This is a really interesting development. I am trying to figure out what the book will be about specifically - it can't be a cookbook in the traditional sense, because he only make a maximum of 6 pies with one dough. Maybe it will be on his life story, or dough in general as it applies to making pizza? He also has a background in bread making.
