you may want to incorporate a plug or small valve for draining melted ice. You can use the valve on the 2 1/2 gallon water bottles.

It has one, and it's a little more heavy duty than a water bottle valve.

An extra bottom shelf may be useful, for a cooler or to store stuff.  A  beer opener. will be nice too.

It was designed so a 120qt fits nicely under it. There is easy access to the cooler from the back side.

It probably won't get a bottle opener, but one of these days it's going to get a cool wine glass holder I designed.

That's a very nice build. Great pizza oven. Any houses for sale next to you? We can swap pizza for smoked pork & ribs.
Wish I had a smaller version of your oven. Maybe one day.

Here is my little  Pizza prep rail only.
I whipped this up from a single 4" X 8' piece of PVC board. It took around 30 minutes all in! cut nailed and screwed. I use this for smaller  parties where I do not have t bring the big refridgerated prep table. Works quite slick ! Just going to add a clear lid with Piano hinge this winter. The  Dough trays go in insulated bag, ingredients in cooler and refilled here as necessary. Mind you this is No where near the show piece that Craig has put forth but just want to show all the other end of the homemade spectrum or at least give some other thoughts for those who don't posses the norm Abram skills and resources of TXcraig. I pick this baby right up pack up the ice packs and just  throw it in the van ! Use the same pans from prep table and works on any table so now I can get another BIGGER oven and use this unit with the smaller oven. did I say another oven

Slick as a bugs ear John! Real nice....please, what is the layered material/product you used in the bottom of the trough. Do you put ice on that, directly under the containers?  Thanks.

Nice build John.  I can handle doing/ storing something smaller like this. Did you have to caulk the joints to keep it from leaking?

Yes its Styrofoam and I use Ice packs (fits under bottom and on side)  or Ice.  Caulk ? its PVC so I have small drainage hole and just dump it out and dry it off. Foam comes right out, that was an afterthought where I just broke it close to size over the edge of bench, and stuck it in May get the fancy smooth insulatiuon and actualt cut it to size  
works well I can say that. Will put up a picture with lid when done. I made it about 3 ft accross use the 1/6 pans and holds ALOT! 8 or 9 toppings. or 7 and cheese. Much better than those little Bar Garnish / Cherry holders

Thanks Gene...it sure does. Wonder if this somehow wicks the water away allowing the ice to do it's job longer and also necessitates the need for a drain. Look forward to 007's input...

I don't think styrofoam is going to wick anything.  I have never had a styrofoam cup leak, wick, or sweat.  In my part of the world, I wake up to 85 degrees and 95 percent humidity a great portion of the year.  The ice is gonna melt, thus my question about caulking the joints of the box. You could nail and screw all you want, but the water is going to go somewhere.  Probably why Craig used fiberglass resin to coat the inside of his box.  The drain just adds a convienent way to drain it into a bucket or whatever the next morning.
