Super nice job on the prep table.
you may want to incorporate a plug or small valve for draining melted ice. You can use the valve on the 2 1/2 gallon water bottles.
An extra bottom shelf may be useful, for a cooler or to store stuff. A beer opener. will be nice too.
It has one, and it's a little more heavy duty than a water bottle valve.
It probably won't get a bottle opener, but one of these days it's going to get a cool wine glass holder I designed.
Thanks Gene...it sure does. Wonder if this somehow wicks the water away allowing the ice to do it's job longer and also necessitates the need for a drain....
I added a bar and stools.
You know I'm moving to texas within a few months. Is there an OpenTable link for those bar stools?
No, direct reservations only. Where in TX are you moving?
Dallas/Fort Worth area. It is probably around 90% that we will be moving out of CA. Not a 100% thing yet.
Let me know when you do. Dallas is only 4 hours from my house. Lots of great pizza folks there and here. I'd be doing you a disservice if I didn't recommend Houston over Dallas though .
Jeff, are you part of the exodus from California because of the new taxes? I know quite a few businesses that are leaving Southern California for Texas. They say they just can't afford to stay here any longer. And Texas has been courting them too.
