I've been making pizzas from family and friends for years and have cruised this site many times for great guidance and suggestions. I've made all types and styles of pizza and have finally settled on a style that no else does here in S.A. and which I plan to do professionally when I retire in a few years (so I'm keeping that little secret to myself for now). LOL!! Given these future plans of mine, I decided to join the forums to be able to post, converse and so forth.
