Hi All,
Are there any specific starters you would recommend for a beginner or are they all pretty much the same in terms of maintenance and ease of use? If so, has everyone liked the Ischia from sourdough.com?
Thanks!

I don't think you can go wrong with any of the starters from sourdo.com. The Italian starters (Ischia and Camaldoli) would be a great place to start. I'd only activate one of them and learn all about how it performs before turning to the other.
