I was at Sam's a couple weeks ago looking for some cheese to go with a bottle of wine I'd bought. I found a block of "
http://www.parrano.com" Parrano cheese and thought I'd give it a try. I think I may have found a fav. It's nutty like Parmesan but has a softer, creamier texture like Gouda. I ate the entire block in two sittings it was so good.
I haven't tried it on a pizza yet, but I've got a block reserved in my fridge for my first pizza night after the new oven arrives hopefully next week.
Just thought I'd share this cheese I found, I would recommend it if you can find it in your area.
