I've seen some various TV and print ads that allude to Nutella being a healthy alternative (to what one may ask), but anyone believing a chocolate hazelnut spread is healthy should be sent to the friggen' duncery and smacked on the backside of their noggins, not awarded cash!

How about when Papa Johns got sued for claiming "better ingredients, better pizza" and their defense was "puffery."
