I'm looking around again at convection ovens--does anyone have any experience cooking a deep dish pizza in one of these?

If Sicilian counts, I have used them and convection ovens rock!
No hot spots, and a slightly quicker bake.

I'll tell ya, if you don't have a pizza stone, and even if you do, convection is a great way to cook a pizza. The circulation dries it out a little more so you won't end up with a soggy pizza.

I've never used one--would it cook a deep dish pizza properly?
