Kosher Cheese Options

I'm having trouble finding a good kosher cheese. The best tasting cheese I have found is a whole milk cheese from Cappiello, see http://www.cappiello.com/cheese.php - I've only been able to find part skim cheese from Millers, HaOlam and Natural&Kosher.  (edit: talking about mozzarella for all the above)

Now I know most of you don't care or know about kosher cheese but I'm hoping you fit into one of two categories:

1. I love kosher cheese!
Please help! What do you use? Where do you buy it from?

owns the naturaland kosher brand
just did their first run of cholov yisroel fresh mozz on aug 15
i had a sample fedexed
but its not got the flavor bcause the curd is made by vinegar instead of enzyme with culture
if u want cholov yisroel mozz di bufala there is one mfctr abroad, but no distributor in the usa bringing in with consistancy.  no market here to support it.
