Click on the window to the right that says "Brian Spangler, dough afficionado". Then it will play. Also you may want to watch the one entitled "Three of Portland's best pizzerias". Interesting.  Portland sounds like a great pizza town.

Maybe it's just my iPad.  I keep getting the message no video available at this time.  Check back later.

All I could get was the audio. The video was a blurr.
I love pigs. They convert vegetables into bacon.

Portland is the best pizza town!  :chef:  :pizza:  :chef: We also have some pretty decent beer. One of these days I'll have to get around to scholl's but not today, today I will make my own.

Thanks for the video. It nice to see someone who has been doing this for more than a decade is still measuring everything very precisely, all the way down to a hundredth of a gram.

Maybe it's just my iPad.  I keep getting the message no video available at this time.  Check back later.

Chau its a flash player thats why you cant view it on your iPad.

David,

I once asked Brian about the scale and the accuracy he used. You can see my question and Brian's answer at Reply 164 at http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,11994.msg126520.html#msg126520.

I'm actually flying to Portland next Friday for 48 hours to visit an ill relative.  IF I can get away, what would be my best choices?  I was thinking about Brian's restaurant, and I know there are a couple other pizza places, but I'm not sure if I'll be free for dinners.  Other things to check out, food-related?

You should try Hopworks Beer, it's pretty good. I drink it every day!
