Portland is the best pizza town!       We also have some pretty decent beer. One of these days I'll have to get around to scholl's but not today, today I will make my own.

Thanks for the video. It nice to see someone who has been doing this for more than a decade is still measuring everything very precisely, all the way down to a hundredth of a gram.

I'm actually flying to Portland next Friday for 48 hours to visit an ill relative.  IF I can get away, what would be my best choices?  I was thinking about Brian's restaurant, and I know there are a couple other pizza places, but I'm not sure if I'll be free for dinners.  Other things to check out, food-related?

You should try Hopworks Beer, it's pretty good. I drink it every day!
