This is a pie that a make in all of my bakes...
caramelized onions and cured fennel sausage, some scamorza cheese and some tomato sauce.

Of course there is always the Margherita too. My signature Margherita has Aleppo pepper sprinkled on the sauce and Calabrian chili oil drizzled on post bake.
