I'm in Oregon and just logged on to see if there was anything new - had no idea it was on SE today!  Thanks for letting me know and for the kind words.  I learned it all here from you four (and a couple others) in particular, so thank you for that too.

Great interview and lovely pictures, Robyn!  I really love your indoor oven!  My next oven will definitely be indoor.

Thanks, Scott - one of your posts/threads inspired what became my dough formula; I owe a lot to you!  You helped me more than you know.

Robyn,

Glad I could help!  I have been striking out lately.  Just cant seem to get the consistency like I had when I first started baking in the new oven.  I think I might be experimenting too much, or having too many Rum and Cokes while cooking. ;D

Robyn, your pizzas are stellar.  Tell hubby he did a great job on the build.  I really think you should make some non diet friends who love pizza.  I mean really, pizza covers most all of the food groups, right? :-D :chef:

robyn, great write up! i have not seen all of your beautiful pizza in one place, very impressive. we are going to re do our kitchen this fall and because of your attractive oven presentation the warden has agreed to adding a oven to our remodel.the oven in a clean white wall was the key so,thanks!!
