Actually another smaller chain in Southern California (besides Numero Uno), was called Ecco's. They had a pizza called "The Ark" (2 of everything) and wow, it was sooooooo good!! I don't suppose anyone here knows the ingredients or has a recipe for this wonderful pizza? If you know the ingredients and type of cheeses they used, I'd appreciate hearing from you. Thanks.
