Edan MacQuaid of Pizzeria Paradiso, 2Amys, RedRocks, Pizzeria Orso, etc, etc notoriety is going to open his own Neapolitan joint in DC.

You're the one with the pro-grade oven in a garage and the know how to make great pizzas without having to worry about if enough people are going to come in so you can cover your monthly lease!  :)
